Wow! What can I say It’s an awesome place. The first man we saw, coming in who sold us a monthly membership was very knowledgeable and helpful. The second young man we saw was in the car wash itself his smile was infectious, which prompted us to give a nice tip just because his customer service skills were on point. This will be our car wash place from now on oh yes and the car wash was done very well by the machine.

Omg! So I ordered the whiskey steak with a baked potato and a side salad with Blue cheese. My husband got the big rig burger with onions rings. We got the cheese curds for appetizer. Let me just tell you, it is so hard to find someone to cook my steak perfectly but they nailed it! The potato was cooked well and the salad was so fresh. The Bleu cheese was chunky and tasty. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his burger and couldn't finish his fries but we made room for the peanut butter and chocolate cake. It was delicious! If you are ever in Minot, ND, please come by and try their food! The portions are huge and the food is great.

I love going to Off Broadway Laundromat. It's quite clean and it's actually relaxing when everything is dried. I can take my time to fold all my clothes. The price is very reasonable

Another truck wash in the Northwest North Dakota that needs to make some major employee changes or just shut down the doors. Any time I have gotten a wash within the past 2 years, it just gets worse with each and every wash and this time I finally had enough of their laziness. This particular location has risen their service prices by about 60-70% more in comparison to the rest of the Blue Beacon locations throughout the states and there is a note by the register explaining why which I accept in exchange for a "proper" truck wash around this region. However, you'll get charged inflated prices but you will not receive the service to reflect the charges, not even remotely. I always leave a cash tip at the register of $20-40, I offer to help out with the wash since they don't do their job and they refused me to touch their pressure washing guns, so I don't know which other approach to take in order to get a decent wash. Well, I believe the pictures I have posted of how they actually wash a truck and trailer these days sums it all up without any need of more words.

I used the car wash. It was very clean and the staff member there was friendly. I don't like the fact you have to plug in $5.00 in quarters to start the machine. $2.00 would be plenty. $1.00/minute also seems on the high end. I am very glad they did have a change machine on site.

Their website doesn't state that they can only work with customers in ND. I placed an order, their site says someone will call to confirm details. No one ever called. I called their store and was told I'd have to wait another 24 hours for someone to call back. When someone did call back they refused to fulfill the order. Unless you're in ND don't bother with this company. If you're local, ignore this review.

I contacted them almost two months ago for a quote and even met their technician in the field. However, despite sending multiple email requests for an update, they never provided a quote. They even promised to get back to me but ended up ghosting me. Not very professional from their side to be left hanging like that.

We recently got our vents serviced by J&K. Great job cleaning. In the follow up there were some issues that the owner came out and saw to personally. Great service and dedication to their customers.

Bought some components for a wet kit, staff was very knowledgable and helpful and friendly, the parts I bought were quite a bit cheaper in price than some of the quotes I got from some truck dealerships in town.

We have a trucking company and in need of a really good carpet cleaner for the carpet on the floors in the trucks. They are grease stained and have dirt and mud smashed in the carpet- not to mention smelly. I purchased a carpet cleaner - the Presto 3 - from the salesman Ross R. He suggested this machine, and I LOVE IT!!! It has so much suction and cleaning power!! I also used it in the house for some spots on the carpet and let me tell you, I thought I would have to get new carpet because it was so stained up....nope! It removed EVERY spot!! Ross was amazing, he even followed up with me a couple weeks after I received the machine to see if it was what I expected! I highly recommend Stein’s and Ross R!
