Their website doesn't state that they can only work with customers in ND. I placed an order, their site says someone will call to confirm details. No one ever called. I called their store and was told I'd have to wait another 24 hours for someone to call back. When someone did call back they refused to fulfill the order. Unless you're in ND don't bother with this company. If you're local, ignore this review.
Incredibly helpful! I decided to repair my dryer myself and TJ's came thru clutch with the repair kit I needed. I'd heard nothing but good things from friends that'd used the repair services and purchased appliances from TJ's and their praise was definitely deserved!
