Wow! What can I say It’s an awesome place. The first man we saw, coming in who sold us a monthly membership was very knowledgeable and helpful. The second young man we saw was in the car wash itself his smile was infectious, which prompted us to give a nice tip just because his customer service skills were on point. This will be our car wash place from now on oh yes and the car wash was done very well by the machine.
Staff is friendly and helpful but the quality of the wash we get is not what I would expect for $50 month. Half of the equipment in the car wash doesn't work correctly(and hasn't for months) so there's a lot of bugs and dirt left on our vehicles. Every time we come out of the wash, we have to wipe all the dirt off the back of our vehicle and clean the bugs off the window. We've been to other tidal waves in other cities and been pleased but this one seems to be going downhill. We are seriously considering dropping our 2 monthly plans to go to a different wash.
I recently visited this car wash and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my pickup was sparkling clean by the time they were done. The prices were reasonable, and the attention to detail was exceptional.
