I am a restaurant GM in the Rim area. I inquired Texas Premier about getting our patio cleaned. They handled it super professionally, even told me they were available the same day which was shocking. We scheduled it a couple days later and I was astonished by the results. My patio looked brand new! Videos were sent about the process and how it worked and it looked like a brand new area when they were done. Bernard (owner) was extremely personable and handled it like a true owner. Daniel is an absolutely incredible job! The back yard (after photos included) looks amazing. It was completely overgrown with some of the plants/grasses reaching 4-6 feet tall. The sides and front of the house look just as clean and tidy. Daniel was very responsive and timely quoting the job and in the cleanup itself.

We are very excited with the outcome of our house. We had several areas with mold (north wall, front Gable and chimney) Grizzly Solutions took care of them!
