I am a restaurant GM in the Rim area. I inquired Texas Premier about getting our patio cleaned. They handled it super professionally, even told me they were available the same day which was shocking. We scheduled it a couple days later and I was astonished by the results. My patio looked brand new! Videos were sent about the process and how it worked and it looked like a brand new area when they were done. Bernard (owner) was extremely personable and handled it like a true owner. Before I was billed he wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with all the work done. Super professional and highly recommend for your next cleaning project.
They communicated well and were able to do my driveway, sidewalk, curb, and porch after 6pm. It looks amazing! Our driveway and sidewalk were horrible with lots of algae stains from our oak tree canopy that hangs over our driveway. Bernard was very professional, and he even gave the sidewalk another pass when it had some tough stains. You could tell he wanted to make sure it was done right...even after being the last job of the day. The price was reasonable and I doubt I could have done a better job if I went and bought a high powered pressure washer and tried to do it myself. I highly recommend.
