Chris is a nice guy and I had great communication with him, answering all my questions, explaining exactly what I could expect, and dealing with weather related rescheduling. I hate to have to give a bad review but I've been trying for days to get in touch with Chris to take a look at and correct the very poor sealing job his subcontractor did on my patio, but he is not answering my texts. Either blocked my number or is just ignoring me. Won't recommend hiring him based on this.

Space Clean did an amazing job on our very large and dirty flagstone patio. Now, 2.5 months later the patio still looks great and only a rare weed poking through with the polymeric sand. Before there were weeds through every crack this time of year. They were friendly, efficient and left everything clean afterwards. It was an investment well worth it! I would recommend Space Clean without hesitation.

The owner, Chris was a good friend of mine. Gave him the money up front to complete a power washing and sealing of our walkway in front of our house out of trust. He quickly power washed it and has since not responded to me in regard to finishing the job. This was paid for and agreed upon almost a year ago at this point. Go anywhere else than here.

After asking online for local recommendations, I contacted Upstate Exterior Power Wash after seeing several homeowners give stellar reviews. John answered my pm quickly and we set up a time to come look at my property (unlike other companies that give an estimate site unseen). The afternoon he came over, we talked extensively about what I wanted accomplished and potential issues. It was going to be a big job including the house, two outbuildings and a large deck with railing all with stains & mold.. He took a number of pictures then assured me he would work up a complete estimate and get back to me quickly. Long story short, I got the estimate, we set a date for the job & he was here cleaning all within a week! Fantastic. He and the guy working with him spent a good 6 hours cleaning and scrubbing the exterior of my home & it looks so good! I wanted a really good, thorough job done and they definitely delivered. John & I already discussed him doing an annual clean. I would recommend wholeheartedly. Thanks for a job well done.
