Chris is a nice guy and I had great communication with him, answering all my questions, explaining exactly what I could expect, and dealing with weather related rescheduling. I hate to have to give a bad review but I've been trying for days to get in touch with Chris to take a look at and correct the very poor sealing job his subcontractor did on my patio, but he is not answering my texts. Either blocked my number or is just ignoring me. Won't recommend hiring him based on this.
Chris at Grime Guys is knowledgeable, professional and his team’s work is excellent. I had a patio installed 10 years ago and never had it sealed. It had looked terrible this past few years with weeds and moss so much that I avoided going on it. The Grime Guys have made it look brand new again. I can’t thank them enough!
