When I first called, their office sent someone out within 48 hours! First, Joshua came out, inspected, gave us some at-home mitigation techniques, and sent the estimate within a week! We followed the mitigation methods, and then Shawn Moyer came out! He checked out the same hot spots, and found we had no water anymore! Shawn was extremely friendly and polite. He showed me everything he was looking at, he wanted to clean up any debris before he left, he walked me through everything. He was efficient!

Nice job by Dayspring. Our 1,300 square foot basement was a frozen pipe flooded disaster and although it took months to complete it now looks better than before. The demolition team was quick to respond. Nathan did great drywall, Jeremiah applied a beautiful texture and Todd and Bobby finished it up doing some nice work. Great People! Jeff and Glass Plus Services were recommended to me by a good friend and they have been cleaning my windows for several years. They do such a great job. My windows sparkle inside and out and they do screens! The price is always reasonable. The service is quick and friendly and capable. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I hesitate to leave a great review because once the secret of 845 Window Cleaning and Services gets out, Allan will be booked solid forever! Seriously, though, my experience with this new company has been top-notch. The owner was highly responsive to my inquiries, showed up when he said he would, put in the hard work, and his fees were very fair and reasonable. He did an excellent job of clearing a bunch of old slate tiles off of my back patio, a job that would have taken me forever to do on my own. To top it off, he is a very polite and straight-up just nice human. I highly recommend Allan and his company, even though I know it means I'll have to book out wayyyy in advance for the next project. 🙂
