When I first called, their office sent someone out within 48 hours! First, Joshua came out, inspected, gave us some at-home mitigation techniques, and sent the estimate within a week! We followed the mitigation methods, and then Shawn Moyer came out! He checked out the same hot spots, and found we had no water anymore! Shawn was extremely friendly and polite. He showed me everything he was looking at, he wanted to clean up any debris before he left, he walked me through everything. He was efficient!
Shawn and Kyle were extremely professional and informative on how they would be helping us during the continuing nightmare my family and I were thrust into by our exploding toilet tank.
