What an amazing experience at Minnesota Equipment! The gentlemen and lady that attended to me in Services were awesome. They’re knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! I couldn’t have asked for more. They contacted Toro re: warranty and got my push mower repaired in less than 24 hours at no cost. I’ll be choosing ME before other dealers.

I ordered $1400 in equipment and it all showed up in mangled boxes and missing parts. I can not believe they send heavy parts out in cheap cardboard boxes and expect it to hold up. If your going to ship your product like this, placed on a pallet and sent out.

Do not order and sign for delivery. If you sign they won’t make good on missing pieces of your order. They have it set so complaints are received in 3 manners, chat, phone, and email. They will not do what they claim. They do not communicate within departments. But most of all they will not credit for missing items in your order. I’d give them a big fat 0 stars if I could. Pictures below show the slats that they shorted me, they tried to blame it on FedEx, but they were never included in the original shipment. Very poor service department.

First time using SubZero. They show up when they say they will. They give you a text and or call before they do and they do an excellent job. Matt washed 30 double hung windows in our house. SPOTLESS. HE was on time, professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again.
