I ordered $1400 in equipment and it all showed up in mangled boxes and missing parts. I can not believe they send heavy parts out in cheap cardboard boxes and expect it to hold up. If your going to ship your product like this, placed on a pallet and sent out.
You really need to consider a new manager at your north Houston location. Extremely rude and lacks communication skills. Bought 550.00 pump , paid cash. Pump was defective. Could not give refund , could not put to our company credit card for us to go somewhere else to buy the pump we needed. Stated , refund by check usually in 2 weeks and walked away. I will never buy another item from northern tool. Bet
Recently ordered some chain link fence privacy slats from Northern Tool online. Was notified that it was being shipped directly from the vendor. I recieved the item and realized it wasn’t what I thought it was. I contacted Northern Tool to get return instructions and was informed it would take a few days for them to email me the return instructions since it was going back to the vendor. After waiting 2 weeks for the instructions I called again and finally recieved the return instructions. My instructions were to ship it back to the vendor at my expense ($72) and there would be a 15% restocking fee ($21). That’s $93 dollars to return a $140 item. I’ll eat this one, but you won’t get me again. I’m done with Northern Tool . This would not have happened if I would have ordered the item from Amazon.
