I'm a little late in posting this and I apologize to the wonderful gentleman who work for this awesome company. A tree fell, hit my home, and landed up against it doing some pretty significant damage. I was referred to Austin Cooper and Superior Outdoor Services through a friend. I called him and he came within 30 minutes to take a look at the tree and damage. His crew was here later that same evening moving and stabilizing the tree to ensure it was as safe as could it could be until they could return the next evening to remove it. Mr. Cooper stayed in contact with me giving my updates on his teams arrival. They did an amazing job cleaning up the mess and even returned to cover the damaged portions to prevent further issues. I'm happy to say we will be working with them throughout the repairs of my home. I can't recommend them enough !!

JOB HALF DONE…As pricey are they are you would think they would see the job all the way through and “RESTORE” it to its original state. The tech removed the base board, broke it in multiple places and then told me its a complete separate job to put them back on at the end of the job for an additional cost. I called the office to ask about it and she said they only do DEMOLITION mind you this is a RESTORATION company. They make you sign a contract stating you will pay whatever they charge when the job is complete. Tech quoted me $600+ on site then called me later quoting $800+ then ended up paying $700+. This was my first occurrence with them and having this issue but definitely a learning experience I’d give 0 stars is i could.

The house we moved in to had the most disgusting carpets. I called and the guys came out 2 days later and they did a fantastic job. They were meticulous in getting every inch of carpet clean and the carpet look almost new now. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their house cleaned.
