JOB HALF DONE…As pricey are they are you would think they would see the job all the way through and “RESTORE” it to its original state. The tech removed the base board, broke it in multiple places and then told me its a complete separate job to put them back on at the end of the job for an additional cost. I called the office to ask about it and she said they only do DEMOLITION mind you this is a RESTORATION company. They make you sign a contract stating you will pay whatever they charge when the job is complete. Tech quoted me $600+ on site then called me later quoting $800+ then ended up paying $700+. This was my first occurrence with them and having this issue but definitely a learning experience I’d give 0 stars is i could.
My tech from Lipscomb did an Awesome job on my carpet. He ( Devon ) did what I thought was impossible. I can actually stand to walk barefoot again. The entire staff from pricing to scheduling appointment was exceptional, considering this was an internet discovery and last minute for me. I called on a Saturday afternoon, and my service tech was here Monday morning and on time. I will definitely be calling them in the future and I highly recommend to anyone that needs their carpets or area rugs cleaned professionally. If you are looking for a professional cleaning service ( carpet/etc ), please call these guys “ Lipscomb), I did. I guarantee you that you won’t be disappointed. Great service! 💯💯💯
My carpet was horrible and they did a fantastic job and took their time to get it done right! Deshaun was incredible and very friendly and professional! Will be using them again in the future!
