Paul provided great customer service. He was very knowledgeable in response to ALL of the many question that I had regarding staining my new deck. He was the only contractor that I contacted early on that actually came to my home to take measurements and give me an estimate. All others that were contacted required me to send pics of my deck in order to provide and estimate. The quality of service that Big Daddy and Son's Power Washing provided was absolutely amazing and super satisfactory. I will definitely recommend to others.. I've had aquapros out over several years to power wash my deck, fence, and most recently house. They've always done a great job, at a fair price and I always found the employees to be very courteous. I had them power wash my Cedar house in prep for having it restained, after the painter's power washing did not seem to do a good job. After, the wood was so clean and look like new, the painting company owner asked who had done the power washing as he thought he might start using them versus his own crew for some of the larger jobs. As the wood was so clean and fresh looking, we were even able to go a few Shades lighter on the restaining and the house looked like new.
