Paul provided great customer service. He was very knowledgeable in response to ALL of the many question that I had regarding staining my new deck. He was the only contractor that I contacted early on that actually came to my home to take measurements and give me an estimate. All others that were contacted required me to send pics of my deck in order to provide and estimate. The quality of service that Big Daddy and Son's Power Washing provided was absolutely amazing and super satisfactory. I will definitely recommend to others.. He helped us with several tasks, including removing ice dams in the middle of winter, installing heat wires on the roof to prevent the ice dams this year, and is putting holiday lights on the rims for us.
