He entertained and satisfactorily addressed every question and issue I raised, and we were set to go. One of his crew, Mitchel, arrived promptly and immediately started working following an introduction and explanation of the process. He was polite, considerate, efficient, thorough and very professional. He left our residence without a trace of evidence that he was ever here (except for a small amount of water on the ground around the roof with the panels, which would be expected). Matt provided me with a summary of what Mitchel found, re the condition of the panels, as well as both 'before' and 'after' photos.
