Pacific Spray Wash Reviews
I recently had the pleasure of contracting with Pacific Spray Wash to soft clean my rooftop PV panels. The entire process was transparent and easy. I reached out to Matt Comstock in order to obtain an estimate for the job. His response was timely, courteous, thorough and professional. We communicated several times prior to setting up a date for the job to be initiated. His quote was very reasonable. He entertained and satisfactorily addressed every question and issue I raised, and we were set to go. One of his crew, Mitchel, arrived promptly and immediately started working following an introduction and explanation of the process. He was polite, considerate, efficient, thorough and very professional. He left our residence without a trace of evidence that he was ever here (except for a small amount of water on the ground around the roof with the panels, which would be expected). Matt provided me with a summary of what Mitchel found, re the condition of the panels, as well as both 'before' and 'after' photos. The entire process went so smoothly and, to boot, the kilowatt production of my panels increased dramatically. I would strongly endorse the services of Pacific Spray Wash without reservation.
Matt and his crew were super professional. Punctual and efficient as they scrubbed my entire home, lanais and 32 PV panels in less than 6 hours! The home looks like it has a fresh paint job. They went the extra mile and took care of the small items I requested that day, as well. Highly recommended!
Pacific Spray Wash did an excellent job on cleaning my deeply darkened roof blackened by decades of mildew and algae growth in rainy Moanalua Valley. The crew arrived on time and immediately set up equipment to protect foliage and garden plants. They worked efficiently and professionally to systematically turn the gray black roof to a bright white finish. They thoroughly cleaned even under each of 20 PV and solar panels so the entire roof was a consistent bright white from edge to edge. Before they left, they cleaned up any runoff and overspray so all sides of the house and driveway were completely clean. I would highly recommend Pacific Spray Wash for your most challenging roof cleaning needs.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
