I spoke to Gary and hired them to clean carpeting in a couple of rooms that had pet stains and smell from accidents. He was super nice and sounded like he understood what we needed. He was very easy to communicate with which was great because it’s our vacation home and I don’t live nearby. During the job everything sounded like it went smoothly with no issues. After the job I went back to the house, it had been about 2 months, and the stains that I paid to clean and remove were still there. I called and left a message but he did not return my call. I was very frustrated when my cleaner, who was there, told me that they didn’t pre-treat it or anything. Very frustrating to have to pay again for a job not well done.

Randy and his crew did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house. It looks amazing and the process was a positive experience as well. Randy's communication, guidance, and follow-through are all top-notch. His crew are professional, efficient, and skilled in their work. Definitely recommend and hope to hire them again when it's time to paint my interior!

Paul and his crew are terrific. We recently purchased a large summer camp with seven cabins and many other buildings. Paul and John systematically cleaned one after another. Fast work, energetic and responsive to short term requests. We continue to use them.
