I spoke to Gary and hired them to clean carpeting in a couple of rooms that had pet stains and smell from accidents. He was super nice and sounded like he understood what we needed. He was very easy to communicate with which was great because it’s our vacation home and I don’t live nearby. During the job everything sounded like it went smoothly with no issues. After the job I went back to the house, it had been about 2 months, and the stains that I paid to clean and remove were still there. I called and left a message but he did not return my call. I was very frustrated when my cleaner, who was there, told me that they didn’t pre-treat it or anything. Very frustrating to have to pay again for a job not well done.
Brandon did a fantastic job on our carpets and couch upholstery. It was a job that was MUCH overdue. We experienced great communication before, during, and at end of the job. Highly recommend and will call them again!
