Called around 8pm for a septic back up. Left message, even though it says 24hr service. The next day, Almost 24 hours later, still no contact or call back. You should remove your 24hr listing. Would not recommend if you have an emergency back up and need someone fast.

I've just shopped with these folks for the first time today. They were very helpful and informative, both with product info and procedural advice. They even printed off a copy of a safety data sheet. They also have a refill program which saves considerably when buying in bulk. I'll definitely be back!!
