Called Lambert Cleaning for a deep cleaning. I did not know they had 11 different cleaning packages and no one explained that to me. Lady on phone looked up address for square footage and gave me an estimate of $330 maybe a little more. The house was 800 square feet and empty besides washer, dryer and refrigerator. Once they got there and saw it was empty there was a up charge because it was considered a move out package. Cleaning lady said she was only given a hour to clean and wanted to know what I wanted done the most. After I left I received a call that they needed more hours and money. Unfortunately I agreed thinking the house would be completely and professionally cleaned. I ended up paying $800 to clean a 800 square foot house, that took them about 3 1/2 hours and not properly cleaned! When I returned the first thing I noticed was all the dirty windows! They said the windows weren’t included in the package and they didn’t know I wanted them cleaned! Also carpet shampoo was another package! There was dirt left on the carpet, dirty water marks running down the wall, dirt on top of washer and dryer, outside of refrigerator dirty, light switches dirty, closet doors dirty and door frames dirty! I never saw a checklist or invoice and had to call them for a receipt! At first Joey offered me a $400 refund but took back his offer after I left a bad review! I do not recommend Lambert Cleaning! If you call make sure they meet with you at the house for a estimate and make sure you know exactly which of the 11 package deals you are getting! I’m sure Joey will try to justify his actions but, I have all the text messages and pictures to backup my review for anyone who would like to see! Again, $800 to clean a 800 square foot house! And, I have to pay someone else to clean up their mess, clean windows and shampoo carpet!
