After using a local powerwashing company for the past 22 yrs, decided to try this company based on their impressive website claims. What a huge mistake as I will revert back to my local contractor. I purchased the premium package, which included sidewalk cleaning. Diamond Powerwashers did a very subpar job cleaning my siding, andcaused considerable damage to my paver walkway (which I specifically requested not be powerwashed). They totally skipped one entire side of my house with debris remaining on walls. Contractor left debris on driveway and refuse to do clean-up.

Avoid this company, they do shady business. I put in my address on their site, got a quote back quickly that came in around the same price as others I have been getting. No problem. I asked them how soon they could come out (because that was the deciding factor for me) and they had openings during the next 2 days. I asked them if they could come in the afternoon. I got a response the next day that said they sent someone by bc it looked like a duplex online (it is). They said they could come out same day and send an updated quote. I figured it would be lower since they confirmed it's only 3 sides. The new quote was $225 dollars more (which almost doubled the quote) and they offered me no explanation. People only pull this when they think they can get more money out of you. Now they won't get any. Look elsewhere.

Harry at Nova Exterior Cleaning did a great job cleaning the exterior of our house, front stoop and deck! He has a fair price and is a hard worker. This is a great company to work with and we will look forward to using them again in the future!
