We contracted with FCS to do mitigation and repair after a water leak. They pulled off the job after 2 days because” we asked to many questions “. As a professional company that deals with property loss they should be ready to address homeowners concerns and address them properly. Debbie the lead on our job was truly a joke as she threw her crew under the buss and they refuted what she said and apparently had no issues with a homeowner that is invested in the home being properly repaired. They told us they had a large contract job that would take precedence so obviously they are more vested in the larger corporate accounts then doing what they contractually obligated themselves to. Be very careful when dealing with this company as they don’t back their word with action!!!
