Best laundry in Rutland, hands-down. Shout-out to Connie for always being on time, hard working, and cheery. I love that this place is staffed, has a loyalty card (free wash every 15 loads), has newer and cleaner machines than a lot of the others, and I feel like my clothes actually come out clean. They don't scrimp on the water and offer good seating. It's well-lit and feels safe. This laundromat is open early, has a variety of detergent options in the vending machine if you forget yours at home, and has competitive pricing. My husband and I spend about $30/week doing our washing and drying here.

On August 24th around 4pm I came to this location to get my car washed for the first time. During the wash, my driver’s side mirror frame was broken off by the rotating scrub machines that clean the sides of the car. I filled out a claim document inside the office and was told I would hear back in about a week. It has now been 5 weeks and I have not heard anything back from this Splash location despite calling to follow up on my claim a week ago. Since then, I have had to go out to repair my mirror to its original state prior to driving through this car wash, which cost several hundred dollars. I am extremely disappointed in both the quality of the car wash and also the complete lack of customer service. I strongly recommend you do not visit this car wash. 9/26/2024

From Start to finish Michael was very professional. He was quick to respond to my email and almost instantly provided me with a very fair quote with service availability. Excellent job washing my home!

I always pay for the highest level wash and the undercarriage sprayer NEVER works, and my truck is always left with dirty spots and scratches. Avoid and save your money. Go to the Howe Center car wash. Cheaper and does a much better job. Everytime I complain they say "we will make it right" and I never get a call back.

They are great. Wonderful customer service. I went in there with a old chainsaw that needed a special piece the guy at the front counter who does the cash register helped me work on my saw right there in the store for an hour. I highly recommend them.
