They also cleaned our roof and power washed our porch and driveway and did an excellent job. They are affordable and fair, my neighbors used them as well when they came out to our house for service. They are also a great resource for other maintenance tasks if they cannot do it they find someone who can. I would recommend Jim Thomas Maintenance to anybody.

BETTER than EXPECTED. Zach came out and quoted me for my driveway, siding and roof. Quote was fair and he was knowledgeable about using non-toxic chemicals. I want this clean but green. Not toxic soaps or harsh chemicals. This house was a fixer upper and the driveway and walk way covered in debris and moss same with the roof. He came out and was quickly to work and worked the whole morning. Done by noon. I didn’t think he could get this place looking this good. Great customer service and top tier professionalism.
