The owner's name is Roger Chapman. I can't tell you what a great job he did on our house and our sidewalks. He went way over and above what I expected. You couldn't ask for a nicer man and he is so very conscientious about his work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I wish I could give them zero stars, because giving them one star is way too generous. After originally agreeing to have them clean our roof, gutters, exterior windows and all our concrete (driveway, sidewalk and pool deck) all they could manage to attempt was cleaning the driveway (after spending two hours trying to fix their old equipment). They "cleaned" our concrete drive with pool shock. They told us they cleaned it, rinsed it and applied a "post treatment". That evening, we looked at our driveway only to find it worse than before: debris, mud, puddles of chemical stains and oil spots from their truck. Clearly they didn't do what they represented to us, in order to get payment for the day. Needless to say, we didn't have them return to complete the other services. They lied to us about what they did/didn't do. And the kicker is they kept asking for cash payment. Avoid Roberts Home Care at all costs!

John & his team are very good at what they do. Power Washing! They are so easy to work with. The communication and quality can’t be better. Customer service is 5 stars. Highly Recommended.
