Gentle Renew, LLC Reviews
We have a standing seam metal roof with a fluoropolymer coating. We are obligated to keep it clean following the manufacturer’s explicit directions in order to maintain our warranty. Elite roofing, the installer, recommended Gentle Renew. The spring and summer of last year, 2023, we had a particularly bad pollen coating. I think it was caused by early hot and dry weather and heavier than usual pollen. Gentle Renew Made numerous attempts to gently clean the roof. They even bought specialized equipment. Nonetheless, they succeeded without increasing their original quoted fee and without making any excuses. This year was much lighter pollen and lots more rain. Accordingly, we did not experience last year’s build-up. We couldn’t be happier with the service, commitment and attitude of Gentle renew. We will certainly call them back when another bad year occurs!
I highly recommend Gentle Renew! The appointment was easy to make, prices were fair and honest and communication was fantastic! The work that was done is perfect! Gutters look like new and windows are nice and shiny again! I am so happy we found this company! Thanks again for the great job :)
We were extremely pleased with the entire process from getting an estimate, scheduling the work, and the results. Daniel and Reggie did a great job. They arrived within the appointment window, we conducted a walk around and they worked safely and efficiently. Our HOA has been very aggressive about reminding our community about the removal of mold and algae. With the 2 year guarantee you can't beat the price. I added the "before" photos and the roof is perfectly clean.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
