Initially we only had our brick deck pressure washed and it looked so good we decided to add our driveway and sidewalk. Jonathan was prompt to respond and very polite. Very reasonable price for the job. Everything was done when promised and we are very happy. See the picture for basically a before and after. We hired Chris to power wash the rear of our home which had not been professionally washed in 5 years. He did the job and while doing final checks, decided the outcome was not to his standards and redid the whole thing. The siding now looks like it did as a new construction. It was refreshing to see the attention to detail, integrity, and pride in one’s work Chris demonstrated. I highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again in the future. We hired Juan Martinez (our lead contractor) for several projects we needed completed. Refinishing our garage floor with Epoxy and painting the garage walls, doors and garage steps ( our garage looks fabulous), painting several rooms in our home, painting molding in several rooms, repairing & painting front door trim and banister leading up to our front door and as a final touch powerwashing our entire home. We are extremely satisfied with every job that was completed. Juan was assisted with other helpers that were just as professional and they all worked with precision, care and complete consideration in and around our home. He always called before arriving, always wore mask and was very respectful to what we explained needed done. If we could give 10 Stars for this group of highly skilled individuals we would have. Anyone who may read this review that would like a job done in a workmanship like manner with a crew you can trust then Juan Martinez is the one to call. They are all well worth their time and effort.

Scott was on time for the estimate and again on the day of the power wash! He was very methodical in his approach, very efficient in his organization, and did exactly what we had agreed upon! My house looks almost new. So glad we did this and that Scott did the work!
