Sam and Anderson did an amazing job on three patio / deck areas. They were knowledgeable and courteous. All the debris and bird poop is completely gone. They wiped down the railings and even moved the furniture back. Everything looks brand new! We recommend this company. 👍🏼 …

Xavier did a terrific job on our 15x50 patio, decking around the pool, the front door area, our oversized driveway and even did the sidewalk in front of our house. We would recommend him for any power washing job. Even asked for several of his business cards to give to our neighbors. We would not hesitate to use Xavier again.

Kendrick did an amazing job on pressure washing the old clay roof and hardscapes on my 1988 rental house. He was excellent at communicating and providing a quote before the job and gave a very competitive price. He arrived on time and was very friendly and easy to deal with. He was very detail oriented on cleaning every tile and took photos of one area of concern where the wood under the eaves had rotted over the years, so I could have it repaired. The amount of crud that came off the roof and out of the gutters was impressive. The end result is a roof that looks sparkling new. He even provided before and after drone images (attached) at no extra charge! I highly recommend Kendrick and his company SoCal Cleaning Services and would use him again without hesitation.

Blayne was fabulous to work with!! As a property manager for multiple buildings in San Diego it’s been tough finding the right person for the job, happy to say I will definitely be calling back!! Great price, value, and a wonderful job done!

Ivan went above and beyond and cleaned an impossible stain on my driveway caused by me driving through our freshly slurried road… What a life saver, fair minded and hard working young man… so refreshing in this day and age of lazy entitlement! I would recommend him to anyone… This is a real review and I’m a real dude, this was just a pleasant surprise.
