When she emailed the estimate, she HAD taken amazing notes as everything was listed. Careful with this company when they give you a quote. We had them come out and look at the apartment to get an accurate quote, it was already a bit high but went ahead anyway. The actual bill came out WAY higher than the quote and when I called and asked what happened all I got was a “too bad pay up” attitude/ explanation. I feel this is a bait and switch with no recourse for us. Buyer beware!!!

Jarod has amazing sales and service. He came to my repair shop and demonstrated a new pressure washer and we loved it. After we bought it we needed a few other things for units that were not his products, he got us everything as a fair price. I highly recommend hotsy and Jarod always goes above and beyond.

These guys did such a great job on my back deck that we had them back to put up a new cedar fence. They had it up in one day (minus posts) and it is sturdy. My mom even hired them to do her gutters and yard! She was so impressed she has hired them for regular snow maintenance this season.
