The women who came, twice, did not clean well and the owner charged a hefty price, that I had agreed to in hopes of excellence. But although she charged much more than what I had been paying, she subsequently complained that 4 hrs. was not enough time to clean my house (every cleaning person/s I have had over the last 19 years managed to do a thorough job in 4 hours or less...). And when I said that the coffee pot had not been cleaned the last time (a task that was on the checklist she was given originally and agreed to), she said that was too much to ask and so her employees would no longer come to clean—-the night before the next time they were scheduled to come! Very unprofessional. Very disappointing.😢

We have had North Star Mobile Wash acid wash 3 horse trailers for us now and they have done a wonderful job on each one! Each one was an older trailer that had years of dirt, poop, etc. and when they were done with them they almost looked new again. They are always quick to get us in and have them done in a short amount of time. Highly recommend!
