Steve came over and looked at my house and my shop and came up with they didn’t need a full wash. He did what was nessasary and didn’t charge an arm and a leg!! Very happy with his work!

Wanted to avoid getting on a ladder this year, so we hired Wash Authority to clean our gutters. The yada yada on the website also convinced us to get our roof washed. $600 total. First person came out and did a very poor job, wife called them, and sent photos (some of which are attached to this review). After proving our case, a second guy came out and properly cleaned everything -- no apologies or anything like that, just said sometimes people just miss things... Would have given four stars, but the second guy didn't put some of our gutter guards back in saying they no longer fit. So I ended up getting on a ladder (exactly what I was trying to avoid by dropping $600) and putting the gutter guards back in myself. To be fair, the guards did need a bit of love to get back in the gutters.

Better State does a great job with our summer pool service. They are conscientious and reliable, and their attention to detail is spot on. They also stained our pool deck, and did superb work.
