We couldn’t be happier with the job Steve did! We have a lot of shade with moss and mildew, he explained that because we have natural wood on our porch that it would have to be taped off to avoid discoloration. Other people we talked to about the job never mentioned that. He was also very accommodating and reasonable with his price when we added the roof and patio! True pro, not some guy with a pressure washer.
