To say I had a difficult job is an understatement. Oxidized siding, black awning that easily shows smearing, smudging and runs, a lot of windows including 2nd story ones, business entrance and a public sidewalk that needed not to be disrupted during daytime hours. They truly are dedicated to making the customer happy and satisfied. I got a soft wash service. They showed up when they said they were going to be there, gave a same day timely estimate, did not change quoted price after realizing it was a more complex job than originally thought, and followed up for my feedback. I usually do my own pressure washing and I'm mostly pleased with the results, but I can never get my gutters, soffits and downspouts white. They still look dirty no matter how much I scrub them.
