Carlos was very professional! He did a great job power washing our house and Al-bar Ranch Store roof. We were closed on Labor Day but he was willing to come (which should have been a day off for him) and work on the roofs so we didn’t have to worry about customers coming and going. The only thing I would recommend is to pull your flowers or plants, if in pots that would be up close to house away from the house. He does spray them down with water afterwards. But if you have delicate plants the spray he uses can have some effect on them. Paid for gutters to be cleaned, gutter guards & a new downspout extension. He said he picked up the downspout extension & would come back to install it. That was weeks ago & has not responded to my texts. I would not recommend him to anyone. Not reliable

He was honest and reliable, showing up exactly as promised and taking great care around my plants. His price was very good as well. We hired Ian and his team to refinish our concrete floors in a new restaurant space. They were on time, professional and did an amazing job! I am super happy with the way the floors turned out and really appreciate their flexibility and timeliness, since we had multiple contractors working in the space at the same time. Highly recommend them for concrete polishing and epoxy work and would use them again in a heartbeat for a similar project.
