Well after having to call to let them know they missed two outside windows and did not wipe down the dust bugs and cobwebs out of slider and around windows , nor did they put back the front porch bench after moving it or the flower hanging pot off screen door , they did send two guys back ….. felt like they were more concerned about getting it done fast and out of here …. I do appreciate that the manager /owner was willing to send someone back to try and make it right .

The deep cleaning of my house was of excellent quality. My cleaner was friendly, on time and respectful of my home. Everything was shiny and clean when she was done, and the dog hair was gone. Scheduling and payment was easy. I would definitely use Excel again.
