Prestige Pro Clean Reviews
We live in a rural area, and when one of our pets got sick on my daughter’s bedroom carpet, I was in a panic, as we have recently built and moved into our forever home. I searched to try to find someone who would be willing to come all the way out here to deep clean the carpet. John responded immediately to my Facebook message, even though it was almost 10 pm, and he was willing to squeeze me in the next day, but we were able to clean the area up with his instructions enough to hold off until today so that he didn’t have to feel stressed and rushed. He came out today to clean her bedroom carpet and all of my couches. He ended up scotch-guarding, cleaning my loft carpet, and cleaning my area rug downstairs at no additional charge because he was worried that he might have tracked something in on them while he was cleaning. I highly recommend Prestige, and I can assure you that we are now lifelong customers.
We woke up early this morning in need of some emergency carpet cleaning. We googled carpet cleaners in our area and decided to call Prestige. Kinda with low expectations to even get what we needed done the same day. John was so nice, understanding and professional. He was actually able to fit us in on short notice and he and his helper did an amazing job on cleaning our carpets and both were beyond polite. The cost was very reasonable and the work exceeded our expectations. We don't do reviews for every company we deal with but we had to take time out of our day to give this company, it's owner and employees 5 stars. If it went higher than 5 Stars John you all would have definitely gotten a higher score from us. Thank you so much; not only for an excellent job but for the professionalism and common courtesy of being kind and polite.
Prestige Carpet Care & Restoration cleaned several of our carpets as well as our antique rugs. They did an amazing job. They were pleasant to work with, completed the job quickly and efficiently, and at a price we felt was reasonable. We would definitely recommend them and will use them for future projects.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
