Mixed bag. Owner was very nice and responsive. Fair price. Crew was courteous and did a good job of cleaning roof. BUT.... Foxtail Ferns and Dracaena plants took a beating from the bleach- heavy loss of leaves- the ferns looked nearly dead 3 days after job was completed. Now six weeks later the plants have recovered, but my Zoysia grass is showing sizable areas of distress from the bleach at gutter downspout exit points. Discussion with owners on both points yielded same response: "all is OK, no big deal, our crew knows what they are doing, they have worked for us XX years...." In my world, bleach damaged grass still in decline 6 weeks after job is not OK. Not my job to explain why this happened or how it could have been prevented, but there is something wrong with strength of chemicals used, procedures used by this crew on this job, lack of adequate dilution/rinse, etc . Time will tell if grass will recover, but 6 weeks out these bleach damage spots are a real concern.
