I recently had my homeowners insurance send me a letter stating they were canceling my policy with no reason as to why. I contacted my insurance agent who found out that they had used some satellite imagery to determine I had algae growing on my cement tiled roof. Originally I thought I was just going to bust out my 3,000 psi pressure washer and use that to clean all the algae off. After doing some research I found out that would probably not be a good idea. While researching I found out about something called a soft wash. Having never heard of this before I did some further research along with watching some YouTube videos on this subject. Once I discovered that this was the way to go I went about researching the best company in my area to do the job and that is when I discovered Eric with Best Image Soft Wash. Right from the get go I could tell this company was legit. Their website was very professional with lots of before and after pictures and many references from large corporations in our area. All their Google reviews along with other reviews were all 5 stars so that gave me great confidence that they would do a great job. It took a few weeks before they could actually perform the work since they are so highly sought after. Once they finally arrived they had a beautifully wrapped truck with the companies logo along with some really nice matching shirts that the employees wore. All in all they just looked very professional right from the get go. Prior to the time they performed the work I had spoke to Eric about the different types of work they performed so when they came out I had them remove the algae on my roof, soft wash the body of my house, clean my exterior windows , window screens and pressure wash my driveway, sidewalks and front porch. The work they performed was completed in two partial days and when I went to inspect everything I was very, very happy with the results. I should also state that two young men that came out to do the work were very respectful, had fantastic attitudes and did excellent work. If I pointed out some spider webs or some area I really wanted clean they made sure that is was spotless and didn’t complain once about anything I pointed out or asked them to focus on. All in all I couldn’t be happier to have found Eric and his crew. They were one of the best interactions I’ve had with a contractor in years. If you run into an issue with your homeowners insurance or you just want to have your house cleaned before painting or you just need a little glow up Best Image Soft Wash is down for the job and I have already handed their information out to a couple co-workers who are going through the same thing I am. My neighbor across the street saw their work and she had them pressure wash their back patio, side walks and driveway also and it turned out excellent. I just want to say thank you to Eric and the wonderful young men that work for him. Excellent job and well done! Oh, and one more thing Eric stands behind his work with a 5 year warranty on the algae removal on the roof. You don’t see many companies these days that do that. I almost forgot to add that they take drone footage of before and after for the insurance companies and for the homeowners that might not go up on the roof to inspect it for themselves. I have attached my 5 before and after pictures and it’s an amazing difference. The slight discoloration where the algae was removed should all go away once we have some good rains hopefully this next winter. Oh, and one more thing is they didn’t break one single cement tile ;o)
