Elisha, from Greater Granite Bay did a fantastic job for us. He pressure washed our house and barn before our painter painted both. Our painter was pleased that he could get to work painting and said Elisha did an excellent job pressure washing and it gave time to dry before the painting started. After our house was painted, Elisha came back and pressure washed all of our sidewalks and driveway. All concrete surfaces looked amazing. We found out that he knew how to deal with moss that was growing under the roof shingles and he treated our entire roof. Lastly, when everything else was done, Elisha washed all windows inside and out, cleaned screens and cleaned out all window channels. We are in a dusty/sandy environment and the channels were filthy; Elisha did a thorough job cleaning them. The windows were sparkly clean. I highly recommend Greater Granite Bay for all of these services.
