I had my large deck washed, sanded and stained Chestnut and it is beautiful! Matt is very professional, thorough, timely and follows up with high quality work. He is excellent with communication and even though it took a couple of sessions to complete the project he always informed me what the next step was and when it would be done (Look at small climbing wall to compare old to new). They did a fabulous job getting the grime off the front of my house. I have white trim around my windows that had turned into a darker grey with over four years of grime. After they finished, my trim is now back to that beautiful white shine. They were reasonably priced and on time. I would definitely recommend their services to all of my friends!

We signed a contract with him on May 2 for a job that was supposed to take 4 days. I sit here writing this review on August 3 and the job is still not finished. Every single day we are texted excuses for why he can't work. We've heard it all: he forgets his doctor's appointments, he has to wake up early and do "jaw exercises" for two hours which prevent a full day of work, the wind is blowing at 5mph so it's too much of a breeze, his biological clock didn't wake him up, he's ran out of stain for the umpteenth time and it will take a week for the truck to arrive... the list of excuses goes on. He's told us multiple times that the job would be finished by a certain date, and every single time the deadline passes and he begs for another extension. Speaking of extensions - our original contract stated that we had to pay 1/3 of the money upfront, 1/3 midway through the project, and 1/3 at the end of the project. About a month into the work, he begged us to pay him the full amount and said it would "give him the morale boost he needed to finish the job that weekend." Here we are 2 months later and the job still isn't done even though we've paid him the full amount. Not only is the work he promised still not complete, but the parts that are done are very poor quality. He got so much overspray on our plants, house, and pool railing. Not to mention he didn't properly prep the wood before painting, so we've had to point out to him places where the paint is already flaking and peeling, or even places where he has straight up painted over leaves and dog hair on the deck.
