Jim softwashed our house and did a fantastic job. Pressure washers can easily damage paint or other surfaces, so soft washing is a better option. We had a metal shed with green algae forming on one side. The softwash killed and removed off all the algae and made it look new again. Our house had been painted 2 years ago, but spider webs and the difficult to remove egg sacks were everywhere. Pollen build-up also left the paint looking dingy. After the softwash, the house looks freshly painted again. Jim also has great attention to detail. He covered our security cameras, flood lights, door locks, outdoor speakers - anything that could have been damaged by moisture.
