We had our windows cleaned by Anthony and Stanton a few weeks back. They did a great job with the glass and screens on the interior and exterior of the house. We did have an issue with the cleaning of metal clad frames on the exterior. We chose the "Deluxe Cleaning" package which includes "Exterior and frames and sills wiped". The windows have never been professionally cleaned so the frames have accumulated a decent amount of dirt and oxidation over the years. We figured that wiping down the frames take care of this. A closer look after the cleaning revealed that all of the oxidation was still present. I have included an image of an area I wiped down with a wet cloth next to an area of uncleaned oxidation. After a few emails back and forth, I was informed that oxidation is not included in the cleaning package. This is fine, I just wish something like this would have been better indicated in the package description. It would have led to me to choose a lower end package with the knowledge that I would need to do it myself, or the higher end package to have it all included.
