To sum it up, WOW! The entire experience has exceeded my expectations. Nick was very responsive from the first time I reached out to arrange an estimate. He handled everything very professionally and communicates everything - no surprises... except how incredible the results were. It's clear that Nick really cares about delivering excellent service. 100% recommend! I'm leaving this review because I was so delighted - I was not asked for it.
I contacted Nick with Rains Softwash LLC to give me an estimate on cleaning the outside of my house. He got back to me within 2 days of my request (he was on vacation), met for a quote the following day and within hours I had the estimate for the job. When I decided to go ahead and book the job, he was accommodating in his scheduling to a day that worked for me. He arrived 15 min early for the start of the job and finished within the timeframe given. And his work--EXCEPTIONAL!! I have a light tan house and flower beds all around it. For the past 30 years, I have used my well water to water plants and it had left a reddish stain all around the house. Nick told me he would be able to remove it and I was skeptical. But he did! The house is back to it's original tan color with white trim. I am absolutely amazed at how great it looks. My husband came home from work and also was thrilled with the result. His attention to detail was fantastic and I highly recommend him. Thank you so much for the great job!
