Our company received a bid for a unit remodel and hired Koss Services. He didn't finish the job on time and his work was unsatisfactory. Even worse he made several unauthorized purchases on our Menards company account that included tools and equipment for his lawn care services. After asking him about these purchases he assured us that it was one of his employees that had since quit and he would be sure to pay us back right away. I would rate no stars if that was an option. I have also reported his company to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT HIRE!!!!
I hired Koss junk removal to clean out my in-laws home. They were very honest. They gave me a time of when they were going to be there and they were on time. There was a few things they thought we would of wanted and they put them to the side to ask us it we wanted them. I totally recommend this company. Very honest, hard working , punctual and professional business.
