Kahlhamer Painting, L.L.C. Reviews
He came out to give me an estimate, said he would be able to get it done within a week, I told him it was no rush, but wanted to set a date, and said he would definitely be able to come out within a week, he asked if I Would hire him, I said yes, as soon as you can come out. You never called back or showed up.
John painted several rooms for us this fall. We called him for an estimate and he scheduled a time to come over for the estimate shortly thereafter. He does great work and we were very pleased with his timeliness and efficiency. We also called him for a small nick in our wall after our new flooring was put in. He came over and took care of that right after our call. We would definitely recommend John to family and friends.
Super professional, got the job done perfectly and in a timely fashion. Helped us understand some things we needed to do with the ask we had. Did it all for a very reasonable price!
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
