CertaPro Painters of Central Washington Reviews
I needed to re-list my house because I had no offers the first time around because the interior needed painting. So I reached out to.Certa-pro Painters explained to them that I needed to quickly have the interior painted and what they did was just in a short turnaround came out the following week on time met the painters discussed everything that needed to be done and they completed the job 24 hours ahead of schedule. The house looks amazing, only two days on the market and Have multiple offers and every potential buyer has made so many great compliments on the paint job I would use them again and highly recommend Certa-pro Painters.
Had the exterior of my condo painted. From start to finish, I experienced quality and prompt service. Jeff, the estimator came out to walk me through step-by-step the process and arrived together with the contractor, the day the project started to go over again the plan and answer any questions I had. The contractor selected for the job was on time and communicative about coming/going. He took his time with the prep work to ensure longevity. I am VERY pleased with the results, but most importantly my neighbors in my complex love the work as it really stands out and looks professional!
CertaPro did a fantastic job with the exterior paint project for our house. Mr. Cervantes, the painter, and his son did an exceptionally polished job. The process was fascinating to watch, and Mr. Cervantes took the time to explain what they had done and what the next step would be. Before leaving each day, he walked us around the house to show us the progress. These updates and explanations were very helpful, providing us with great insights. The project was completed in three and a half days, and we are EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the service and the end result. Our house looks brand new and BRIGHT!!!! The entire team (Jeff, Tasha, and Adam) was very quick to respond to inquiries, whether via email, phone, or text. We are receiving compliments from the neighborhood as they, too, watched the painting project progress. The team is very clean and organized. I highly recommend CertaPro!
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
