On 2 consecutive days they promised to come to my home to give me a quote and this did not happen even after deep apologies yesterday. Waited 2.5 hours again today and nothing. I Tried calling eight times today to ask when it would be scheduled and no answer to either my phone calls or the message I left. Very disappointing. They must have more business than they can handle
My old cedar roof looks like new. They did all work in a timely manner. They cleaned up any excess debris & were professional & responsive to all questions. Will hire again for maintenance as recommend. No worries and everything was done right.
