Real Deal Power Washing, LLC Reviews
Josh and his crew were always very professional and punctual. They worked extremely hard and went above and beyond in every aspect. These men worked tirelessly and brought brightness and crispness back to our 13 year old home. They removed all mold/mildew in troubled areas. They soft washed our roof to ensure our asphalt shingles stayed in tact (removed a fungus that was growing on the north side), cleaned out our gutters, removed the stubborn grey streaks from our white gutter (they look new). Power washed our entire house (looks freshly painted), power washed all porches/deck along with concrete foundation. My porch vinyl ceilings are so clean and bright white it is incredible. We even had a severe problem with rust on our stone chimney from a cap that rusted and ran down the stone. Josh removed the majority and what did not come off was lifted and is very faint where the average person cannot tell there was an issue. I truly feel when we have him back the rest will be gone. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use in the future!
Josh and company arrived on time at our house as scheduled. What a great bunch of guys to do business with. Not only did they do an excellent job of power washing the house, they went above and beyond fixing an issue we were having with a gutter. They also cleaned the porch and ceiling fans and the brick facing and steps on the porch. They, at no extra cost to us, powered washed the paved sidewalk. I highly recommend real Deal Power Washing ....so much so, that I gave him a list of other projects we are hoping he can help us with. Thank you guys for a great job.
Josh and David from Real Deal Power Washing LLC did an excellent job on my home pressure washing project. Josh took the time to explain the process and the pet-friendly, eco-friendly chemicals he uses. I received a competitive quote that was very reasonable. They were thorough and professional in every way. I am impressed with the results and recommend Josh and David / Real Deal Power Washing LLC to anyone who needs pressure washing done.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
