Quintero Painting Company LLC Reviews
The Quintero Painting company did an amazing job painting in our home! Last summer we called several companies to get an estimate for the paint job we needed done. From the first time I met Raymond I knew this was the company I would choose. He was professional in the way he conducted his estimate, his knowledge of paints and the mediums that would work in our home. He was caring and friendly as well and could tell he cared about his customers. The crew that came did a great job and were trained well. They were conscientious about how they set up and how they cleaned up each day so that we could proceed with everyday living even though furniture etc. was moved around. Even after the job was done, a promise was made to come back if there were issues. There was even a follow up call to be sure everything was satisfactory. I highly recommend this company for any of your painting needs!!
We hired Raymond to paint the interior of our 1905 (new to us) 4 Square Victorian Home. The interior paint was in bad condition with lots of cracks and it was just dingy looking. It was clear that Raymond and his crew knew what they were doing with this very difficult job. The house now looks totally different home than it did before! Raymond’s prices are more expensive than other bids we received, but given the huge challenges with the job, we are pleased with our choice. Furthermore, the crew was as neat as a pin, and cleaned up thoroughly after each room was finished. Sample of finished breakfast room shown.
My experience with Ray and his crew of Shawn and Michael has been exceptional. Ray's attention to detail throughout my entire painting project was wonderful. He worked side by side with me from start to finish. I am very detail oriented when it comes to my home and Ray recognized this when we first met. I could not be more pleased with the finished project. My recommendations could not be any higher for Ray and his employees. No other painting contractor that I have used throughout the years has ever come close to the professionalism, integrity, neatness and quality that Quintero Painting offers. Not only has Ray gone above and beyond for me, he has become the only painter I will call for future work when it comes to my home.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
